William HumphreyHARDY1st December 1922 to 2nd August 2022. Bill died peacefully on the afternoon of Tuesday 2nd August in the Bristol Royal Infirmary following a fall and a short illness and his family gratefully acknowledge the exemplary care and patience of the medical and nursing staff who took care of him in his final days. Bill leaves three children, Felicity, David and Jonathan, grandchildren Victoria, Samuel and Hannah and nephews Colin and Roger, as well as a grand circle of friends around the country. His life has touched so many and he will be sorely missed by all who knew him. His funeral service will be held on Wednesday September 14th. The Service of Thanksgiving will start at 2.00pm in the Church of St Luke the Evangelist, Church Parade, Brislington, Bristol (off the A4 Bath Road), followed by a private cremation. Family flowers only. In recognition of the years of fellowship offered to their father by the Church donations would be welcome in lieu to St Luke's Church via L J Guyan, Funeral Directors, 12 Charlton Road, Keynsham, BS31 2JA.
